Description
Photograph article dated April 26, 1962 partially reads, "Dr. Robert Tannenbaum, an authority on community leadership, will highlight the annual meeting of the Valley Area Welfare Planning Council May 10. His subject will be 'Developing Community Leadership.' The meeting will be held at the Colonial House, 4810 Whitsett St., North Hollywood, at 7 p.m... Officers for the council will be elected and installed at the dinner meeting and the annual report to the community will be given by Raymond M. Steinberg, Valley director of the Council. Program Chairman Mrs. Marvin Sirbu said the public is invited to the meeting."
