Once completed, it will be a 13-story, 176 "soft loft" condominium dwelling, with a $65 million total estimated cost. Phase II, "Luma", will be located at 1100 S. Hope St., a 19-story, 236 soft loft condominiums; and $80 million total estimated cost. Phase III, still un-named, will be the largest of the three, 300-350 soft loft condominiums, 27-story building, and $100 million total estimated cost. Architects for this project are Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects, Thompson Vaivoda & Associates, and GBD Architects. Howard S. Wright Construction Co. is building it.
