Description
A land lease agreement for 10 acres of the Guadalupe M. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro. he added agreement terms state, "It is specifically understood and agreed that the said Lessee is an American citizen, a copy of whose birth certificate is in the possession of the Lessor and is considered a forming and essential part of this instrument." The lease period is from November 1, 1936 thru October 31, 1937. The yearly rent is $250. The document is signed by the company and lessee.
