Fred Mondragon, top, Van Nuys High, is U.S. marshal; Dick Grove, second, San Fernando High, fills in for Supervisor Roger Jessup; Robert Carter, third, Canoga Park High, replaces County Assessor John Quinn, and Wayne Weisbart, bottom, North Hollywood High, acts as president of Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce."
