Description
Badwater in Death Valley is at the lowest point in the Western hemisphere at 280 feet below sea level. The pool has animal and plant life, including the Badwater snail. The mountains are in the distance and have snow at the tops. In summer it is typical for the temperature to reach 120 degrees during the day.
