Description
A brief memo updating Professor Donald Teruo Hata on Mochizuki's research progress. It mentions an article in the "Los Angeles Times" about the Peruvian government. Furthermore, it informs Dr. Hata that Michi Weglyn, an important scholar on this topic, sent Mochizuki information about her book and the Crystal City Internment Camp.
