Description
A clay jug with a pyriform (almost globular) body, funnel-shaped neck, trefoil mouth, handle from rim to shoulder, and a round base. Painted black with a thick band between two thinner bands at widest circumference of pyriform body, a thick band around lower neck with a thin band underneath which intersects with the point at which the bottom of the handle joins the shoulder, another thick band on the upper neck underneath the rim, and indications of paint on the handle and the rim; all painted bands are faded to various degrees.
