Description: Caption from July 11, 1989 Sacramento Bee reads "Senior Airman Jose Jiminez, who helped maintain "Eldership," salutes as it leaves Mather for the last time." "Senior Airman Jose Jiminez, 23, salutes "Eldership" for the last time as it leaves Mather. 'It's going to be sad to see them go,' said Jiminez, referring to the day (7-31) when the last B-52 leaves Mather."
