Description
Built in 1972 and containing 56 units, the 3-story Crescent Heights Plaza is located at 1351 N. Crescent Heights Boulevard in West Hollywood.
Photograph caption dated July 19, 1989 reads, "West Hollywood Mayor Abbe Land talks with media in front of the Crescent Heights Plaza one of the buildings named in the court of appeals's decision." The news conference and court case covered condominium conversions.
