Compton and Willowbrook railroad officials plan how to upright seven overturned Southern Pacific freight cars, including a tanker filled with 30,000 gallons of flammable butane, which caused the evacuation of five downtown blocks of the Compton civic center. Photograph dated December 15, 1986.
