View of the front and partial side of the two-story house with a second story balcony of Colonel E. J. C. Kewen on the El Molino estate in San Gabriel (now San Marino, California). There are trees on either side of house, a ladder leaned up against a front column, and a small, circular brick pool to the left of entrance. Title derived from Watkins New Series stereo #4808. Date devised by cataloger; Watkins made two trips to Southern California, in 1877 and 1880. Property was formerly owned by the San Gabriel Mission, and known as "El Molino Viejo," or "The Old Mill."
