Description: City officials assured Chicoans that their favorite swimming hole, Sycamore Pool would be filled by Memorial Day. As of May 25th it was barely ankle deep. The pool is created by damming up Big Chico Creek. The other swimming hole, Five Mile Pool in Bidwell Park also filled by Big Chico Creek was already filled by May 25th.
