Photograph caption dated October 30, 1959 reads, "To Play Again For Sousa -- Looking at picture of march king John Philip Sousa are two men who once played in his band. Robin W. Davis, sitting, of 1020 N. Valley St., Burbank, and his house guest from Virginia, retired Army Col. Howard C. Bronson, one of three founders of John Philip Sousa Fraternal Society, will play with other original band members joining combined city and county orchestras for Sousa Memorial Concert to be held Sunday at MacArthur Park."
