View of the intersection of Spring and 2nd Streets, looking toward the United States Bank building on the corner. Beyond it the Los Angeles Times building on Spring and 1st is under construction, and the old State Building is seen beyond. View is to the north. The Times building was built in 1934. Streetcars and automobiles are seen on the street.
