Entrance features gothic style architecture with arched entryway and ornamental panels above glass doors. Mott no. 315 refers to Dahlstrom Metallic Door Co. 1992-6152 (315-4). The United Artists Building was built in 1927. The complex consisted of the theater designed by C. Howard Crane and the accompanying office tower designed by Walker and Eisen. The complex was built for the United Artists Company established by Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks. Built in Spanish Gothic-style.
