Description: C.E. Gunsky, consulting engineer, submitted this 1919 report to the Sacramento Consolidated Chamber of Commerce Committee to give recommendations for future water supply in Sacramento. Included are recommendations for a new water filtering plant, pumping station, well water investigation, and acquisition of the Oak Park Water Company.
