Photograph (engineering notebook photoprint) of first unit of Fifth Street Department Store on 5th Street now under construction, Los Angeles. The photograph was taken at the intersection of 5th Street and Hill Street, looking east. Note inconvenience to public due to improper sidewalk facilities.
