'I want to emphasize that I know of no redistricting plan that would transfer the Tenth District to the Valley at this time,' said Joe E. Hollingsworth. 'But in the event it did happen, I would enjoy living in the Valley.' Hollingsworth added, 'I hear all this talk about heat in the San Fernando Valley. But I lived in Phoenix for years and loved the hot weather.'
