Frank Santo for the annual Children's Christmas party and dinner Saturday sponsored by the 146th Air Transportation Wing, Van Nuys. Nearly 100 boys and girls will visit the Air Force base, have a ham and turkey dinner and receive small gifts donated by the Wing. Santo, non-commissioned officer in charge of the base mess hall, initiated the party last year and will again appear as 'Santa Claus' during the all-day event."
