Description
Shows Essex, drivers, dignitaries, workers outside U.S. Post Office, San Francisco. 2012-2048. In 1920, the Hudson Motor Car Company built the car Essex. Contracted with United States government to deliver mail. On August 9th/10th, four Essex cars made trip - two starting from New York, ending in San Francisco; two going from San Francisco to New York.
