Description: Crowds look on as performers in historic costumes put on a pageant as part of the festivities of a Pioneer Days celebration in Azusa. Near the center of the image, a person, perhaps a Pioneer Days queen, sits in a covered "throne" surrounded by attendants. A Queen Anne revival residence is visible in the background. This pageant took place on the grounds of what is now Citrus College in Glendora.
