Description
Los Angeles: As the Watts area settled down to a peaceful Saturday afternoon, the political and social aspects of the riots continued to smolder as charges and counter-charges flew about city hall and the state capital. With the City Hall in the background, both supporters and opponents of police chief Parker marched carrying 'Parker Must Go' and Angelinos Support Parker' signs in front of the police building here 8/21.
