Pitchess, over-all march chairman for the second consecutive year. A total of 25,000 volunteers will participate in the Southern California neighborhood march Feb. 1 through 7. Funds raised will go toward the foundation's medical and service program of research, treatment and education, which aids more than 700,000 Southern California arthritis sufferers."
