Biscailuz, left, former sheriff of Los Angeles County and chairman of the 1963 March of Dimes campaign, presents a certificate of appreciation to Robert Smith, center, superintendent in charge of operations of Gelson's markets, for contributions to the March of Dimes. Robert A. Wilkinson, chairman of the march of Dimes Executive Committee, looks on during the presentation at the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce."
