Description
Photograph caption dated February 6, 1959 reads, "Civic leaders on hand to dedicate newly completed 1,270-foot long Magnolia boulevard bridge in Burbank, from left, are: Councilman Jerry Bank, Jams Moran, aide to Supervisor Warren Dorn, and Mayor Dallas Williams, who holds time capsule that was sealed in abutment. Capsule, which includes front page of Valley Times on 35-mm. negative film, will be opened in 50 years. Bridge crosses Southern Pacific tracks just west of Fifth Street."
