Ethnomusicology M115, Musical Aesthetics in Los Angeles, Professor Steve Loza. Presentations of fieldwork projects on subjects within the Los Angeles music community, including interviews with disc jockey "Hollywood" Hamilton, broadcaster Dr. Demento, musician Tito Larriva (The Plugz), pre-Columbian percussionist Luis Perez Ixoneztli, and a study of teenagers from local Los Angeles high schools.
