Photograph caption dated April 23, 1964 reads, "Members of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, District 7, Tuesday elect Ted Behr of Hollywood, center, as their next district governor. With him are Mort Pollack, left, outgoing governor, and Bob Maroon, vice president." Election took place at the Glen-Aire Country Club in Sherman Oaks.
