Description
The photo caption published in the Sacramento Bee on September 22, 1964 states: "L. A. McFall of Calistoga, Napa County, stands beside his burned out machine shop on State Route 29 north of the city which burned when a fire raced along the highway. McFall and firemen saved his home, but the machine shop and a barn burned. He said his loss was $20,000."
