Description
This circa 1998 photograph shows an evening time Capitol Mall from the intersection of Third Street. Prominent are the Wells Fargo, constructed in 1990/91, and the Capitol Bank of Commerce building, constructed in 1983/84. To the lower left of the frame is the Sacramento Union building which, built in 1968, was razed in 2005. In the distance shines the California State Capitol building at Tenth Street and Capitol Avenue.
