Description
Mounted and framed medals for and photograph of Elmo Esprée. Although originally awareded to Elmo Esprée for participation in a battle on 29 October 1943, Mr. Esprée, who served in the 3468 Quartermaster Truck Company on the Burma Road from India to China, did not receive his commendation until the mid 1990s. The gold framed display is headed with a multi-colored ribbon bearing the designation "World War II 1941-1945." Included are head shot photograph of Elmo Esprée showing collar and shoulder insignia, "World War II" medal, "Efficiency, Honor, Fidelity" medal, "Asiatic Pacific Campaign" medal, "Driver-W" insignia pin.
