Landscape view of the ground behind the Chogoria church where three men stand in conversation, they are probably evangelists connected to the Chogoria mission. The church, built in 1930, has extra sleeping quarters in the towers first floor and the white washed walls contrast with the red tiled roof. ❧ The image is from the collection of Dr Archibald Clive Irvine (1893-1974) showing the period from 1928-1961 at the Chogoria mission which was established in 1922.
