Points to diamond ring for which suspects assertedly threatened to cut off her finger." George asserted she was knocked down by five men near the 800 block of Temple Street and her purse was taken. One suspect, Joaquin Porras, referred to as a "zoot suit youth" by the Herald was apprehended.
