Description
This diorama in the Marin pavilion reflected the landscape and topographic features of the county, including Ross Valley and Mount Tamalpais. The canvas seen here was more than twenty feet in length, and the work of artist E. Serbaroli. The Marin Pavilion was located on the north side of the California building.
Marin County's pavilion at the PPIE also displayed oil paintings by Serbaroli depicting Drake's Bay, named for the believed location of the landing of Sir Francis Drake.
