Description
Long range view of Pine Avenue Pier, built in 1893, with first pavilion. The pavilion, added in 1899, was used for music entertainment and dancing. Crowded site shows many women in shirtwaist blouses and men in summer suits. Horses on Beach. Advertising signs on pier.
