Description
View of a prune dipper. Prunes are fed into a hopper at the further end, dipped for an instant in boiling lye in the revolving cylinder in the center, and then washed by two nozzles directed downward and spraying a strong spray of cold water over the prunes as they are shaken toward the trays.
