Record of Survey consisting of two sheets of a portion of Rancho Simi, as delineated upon Map entitled "Map of the Lands of Rancho Simi in Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, California." Recorded in Book 3 of Miscellaneous Records (Maps) page 7. Survey made for L.A.-Ventura Land Company. Shows portion of Box Canyon Motorway, the county line of the Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, and portions of land labeled 1 through 8. Sheet 1 of 2.
