Description
Cotton voile cocktail dress. White background with 2 1/2" black polka dots all over. Boat neck in front. Elbow length sleeves, skirt gathered into waist and flares at hem. 5" key hole opening at neck back, hook and eye closure in back. Black lace edging neck and down hooked back.
