Description
Six United States Navy ribbon bars sewn on wool that has been removed from a uniform. --Fuschia ribbon with white stripes at each end is unknown--possibly the Purple Heart ribbon that may have faded but there is no evidence that Hugh Stuart Center was wounded in combat. --Green ribbon with white stripes is the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Military Ribbon. --Blue ribbon with white, black, and red stripes is the American Campaign Military Ribbon. --Gold ribbon with white, red, and blue stripes is the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Military Ribbon. --Red ribbon with the purple, blue, yellow, gold, red, and white stripes is the World War II Victory Military Ribbon. --Red ribbon with blue and white stripes is the Philippine Liberation Military Ribbon.
