Photograph caption dated October 30, 1958 reads, "Police and firemen examine wreckage of Aeronica in flood control basin-near Glenoaks boulevard and Sheldon avenue in Sun Valley. Michael D. Farrow, son of actress Maureen O'Sullivan, was riding in this plane as student passenger. Flight instructor David H. Johnson was also killed.
