Charles Amirkhanian hosts Midday Swing on March 19, 1999 from 12-1pm on KPFA-FM. French composer Luc Ferrari is guest. Ferrari, known for his electroacoustic and musique concréte style works was a participating artist in the 5th Other Minds Festival which took place a week after this broadcast. Some local and world news of the day is also part of this hour long program.
