Harper Sizelove. Middle Atlantic Regional Press (Washington, D.C.) Reprint and Republication 1991. The Apostolic Faith, 312 Azusa Street, published by The Apostolic Faith Movement of Los Angeles, the original newspapers and documents were not copyrighted, the subscription was free. Reuben Clark received some of the copies at his address in Los Angeles, California that are included in the table of contents.
