Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on February 3, 1963 reads: " 'Live by the River' is no longer a very enticing prospect in spite of the invitation on this sign near what was a trailer park. The high water at this spot about four miles southwest of Oroville, Butte County, destroyed the site's enchantment."
