Mural depicts launching of HMS Belfast and final resting pace in London; 'HMS Belfast Built in Belfast to Protect Britains Future Pro Tanto Quid Retribamus (For so much, what shall we repay?). The Latin is the motto of the city of Belfast (and is a Biblical quotation).
