Description
Shown is a circa 1961 postcard of the Boon Dox Hotel, located off of highway 160 on the Sacramento River. The hotel was formerly known as the Walnut Grove Hotel before being remodeled into the Boom Dox in 1961. The hotel was burned down in 1969 and never rebuilt. The place name is misspelled "Boom Dox" at the base of the frame.
