A small South L.A. group lead by Chaplain Ernest King marched from the Victory Baptist Church (located on Vernon and Central), to L.A. City Hall in a community "March on Crime". They plan to pray on the steps of the City Hall and hope to meet with city officials to talk about the problem. They are seen walking on Vernon, near Broadway. Photograph dated January 16, 1981.
