Description
Typed on binder page "This sectionof sidewalk islocated at the entrance of 10th & M street..Note the date thereon. Sidewalks around theCapitol Building were laid in the late 70's"... The view is of a identificaiton plaque. Although each word cannont be read it appears to hav ethe name of the sidewalk contractor and the dates the sidewalk was installed, 1870 - 1871.
