Title supplied by cataloger. Commissioned by Massimo and Lella Vignelli and covering three corridors, the Flavin installation opened at the Pacific Design Center in March, 1982. When the installation was dismantled two years later, MOCA (The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles) acquired one of the corridors. Photograph caption dated March 22, 1982 reads, "The E.F. Hauserman showroom at the Pacific Design Center showcases a rare example of designer-artist teamwork, wall panel systems in which light artist Dan Flavin installed banks of fluorescent tubes."
