It has no walls and is made of steel beams. The general shape of the building can be seen, with a tall tower at center and a wide rectangular base. In the foreground, two-story buildings line an unpaved road, and early-model automobiles can be seen parked along the curbs. Streetcar tracks can be seen in the middle of the road, and a streetcar can be seen at center. Two automobiles are visible in the foreground at right.
