Photo was taken from the San Jose Electric Light Tower at the corner of Market and Santa Clara Streets; the tower was used by photographers to survey the city. Shown looking northwest, with the Fallon House and Peralta Adobe at the left center edge; to the north corner is the Balloon Field.
