Shouldering the responsibilities of heading the organization during 1963 is John Hurford, president of Hurford Construction Company of Encino, land developer and builder of custom homes and apartments. The new president was handed the gavel at the 28th annual installation dinner held at the Sportsmen's Lodge, Studio City, with Councilman Lemoine Blanchard acting as installing officer."
